The hotel had okay rooms, but nothing special. The drains in the bathroom were gross with a roach emerging, and my bedding had some black spots and glue stains. The room was spacious with no disturbances. The service was a mix of very friendly and helpful staff, but they forgot to return my driver's license. The location was good, though slightly off the beaten track, making it difficult to find. The dining experience was hit or miss, with cold food and limited options. The facilities were standard.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, food, and rental car services. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, providing comfortable accommodation. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the stay pleasant. However, the unexpected $50 cash deposit requirement was disappointing.
